About Michael
I have been in the commercial real estate business since 1996, first as a sales associate then a broker associate performing mostly industrial and investment transactions for clients. From the start, I have focused my business in the investment arena. In 2003 I became active in real estate investment and development as a principal. In 2008 I earned the CCIM designation as confirmation of this focus.
Still actively a third party Broker, I enjoy the creativity and strategy planning involved in investment transactions. There is nothing more rewarding than bringing all of the elements together to create a successful commercial real estate investment. My experience as a principal proves invaluable to clients who require investment analysis and transactional forethought.
